each panel is moulded by hand from polyester resin reinforced with fibreglass, then finished in a high-gloss gelcoat. the lettering is raised, in the same colour as the panel, so it reads in passing light rather than ink.

because every one is made by hand, no two come out exactly alike. small differences in the gloss and the letters aren’t flaws. they’re how you know a person made it.
