Every WINSLOUVE panel is made to order, by hand, in Egypt. This policy explains how and when it reaches you.

01 — Where we deliver

We deliver within Egypt. We do not currently ship internationally.

02 — Delivery time

Because each panel is made after you order it, delivery takes up to 15 working days from the date your payment is confirmed. Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. If anything delays your order, we will contact you.

03 — Delivery fee

Delivery is a flat EGP 250 per order, whatever the size or number of panels. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

04 — How it travels

Panels under one metre travel by courier, packed in protective double-wall cartons. Panels with any side of 100 cm or more travel by van. We call you before delivery to agree a convenient time.

05 — On delivery

Please check your panel and its packaging when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund, as set out in our Returns & refunds policy.

06 — Missed deliveries

If we cannot reach you or the delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange a new date. Repeated failed deliveries may incur an additional delivery fee.
